The Illini Moms Association was created in 1923 for "the purpose of promoting the welfare and interest of the University and its students through services and open communications on campus and throughout the state".  It is the oldest Moms Association known in the United States having celebrated our centennial anniversary in 2023.  Our board is comprised of a dedicated group of moms who are here to support the university students and their families.

We organize events, programs, and projects to benefit Illinois students. Examples include UIUC Moms Weekend events; food insecurity; fundraising for student scholarships and for an enduring gift on university grounds for students to enjoy. We work closely with the Student Affairs NSFE program as well as the Illini Dads Association. UIUC Moms, consider joining the Moms Association board!
